Our bifold door bracket reduces maintenance costs!
 The rental industry throughout the
country is an industry that can be both satisfying and trying at times.
The primary goal of any property manager is to manage a property
efficiently and equitably. Common re-occurring problems can be costly and
time consuming for both the manager and the owner.
The principals of N-S enterprises, inc.
have been in the property management and maintenance industry for some
36 years. They have concentrated their management efforts with private
property owners and neighborhood organizations whose investments are
primarily in metropolitan city neighborhoods. Through working with
neighborhood groups and developers to manage and maintain this
investment property, they have been able to identify maintenance
problems which consistently re-occur in most rental property.
 By analyzing the annual maintenance
work orders they discovered an inordinate amount of repair requests for
bifold closet doors. Since most property owners demand that their
property be managed efficiently and equitably, with an attitude that
quality and cost control should be foremost, the principals of N-S
enterprises, inc. sought a solution for the re-occurring repair calls for
bifold closet doors which would not stay on track.
Through research and development N-S
enterprises, inc. has manufactured a bracket, which extends the life of
bifold closet doors and reduces the number of service calls necessary.
Which, in turn, directly relates to a cost saving for property owners
and developers of rental properties. The bracket has been manufactured
to accommodate any of three factory drilled holes in a bifold closet door;
and, is being manufactured for both 1 3/8” and 1 1/8” wooden bifold
doors which are most often the choice of developers and renovators.
With 36 years of experience in both the
private and public sectors of the housing industry, the principles of

housing authorities and private agencies to maintain their properties in
